Initiating a Referral
A referral can be submitted by criminal justice stakeholders involved in a case including:
- Judge
- Defense Attorney
- District Attorney
- Parole
- Probation
- Court Resource Coordinator

- New Charge(s)
- Alternative to Violation of Parole (including higher level of care coordination)
- Alternative to Violation of Probation (including higher level of care coordination)
- Alternative to a Violation of Treatment Court (including higher level of care coordination)
- Violation of Parole
- Violation of Probation
- Violation of Treatment Court
Detained/Incarcerated
After a referral is received, a case manager will be assigned to complete an evaluation at the designated correctional facility. Throughout the process, our case management team will be available to provide updates and work closely with justice stakeholders.
Release Under Recognizance (ROR)/Release Under Supervision (RUS)/Bailed
After a referral is received, the referred individual must contact our office to schedule an evaluation. Throughout the process, our case management team will be available to provide updates and work closely with the justice stakeholders.
