ELIGIBILITY FOR referral
Criminal justice stakeholders involved in a case may refer individuals who are in need of substance abuse and/or mental health treatment and being considered for treatment as an alternative to incarceration or violation
INITIATing a referral
A referral can be submitted by criminal justice stakeholders involved in a case including:
Judge
Defense Attorney
District Attorney
Parole
Probation
Court Resource Coordinator

Alternative to Violation of Probation (including higher level of care coordination)

DETAINED/INCARCERATED
After a referral is received, a case manager will be assigned to complete an evaluation at the designated correctional facility. Throughout the process, our case management team will be available to provide updates and work closely with justice stakeholders.
